How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $6 unless I announce a free, or reduced shipping event.

What type of metal do you use?

If I am able to identify the type of metal used, I will include it in the description for each item. Occasionally, this information is not provided when purchasing the materials - so I'm uncertain. I also enjoy upcycling thrift shop treasures, so in those cases, I may be unaware of the composition of the pieces I take apart and repurpose. In such cases, I will refer to it as silver, gold, brass, bronze, or copper "tone". It is advisable not to wear any of these items while showering, in pools or hot tubs.

Where is my order?

Once your order is placed, it will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days and an email will be sent with tracking information. You can track your order status using the tracking link sent in that email. If you do not receive a confirmation email or a tracking email and it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order please reach out using the contact form below or email me (Shannon Sam) directly at earthcandyluv@gmail.com.

What about returns?

As a small business owner who handles everything personally, I strive to create high-quality products. However, due to costs and expenses on my part, I can only accept returns if your product is damaged or fails within 30 days of your purchase. Please keep in mind, these items can be somewhat fragile and should be handled with care.
